About
Tiger Academy After School and Summer Childcare Program offers after-school care during the school year and full-day care during the summer. The program follows a set weekly schedule with different hours during the school year and summer months. Families can choose from several per-day options that are billed monthly.
• Schedule: School-year after-school care on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 2:45 pm to 5:30 pm, Wednesday from 1:20 pm to 5:30 pm; summer care Monday–Friday from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm
• Price: Summer 2024: 5 days/week $700 per month, 4 days/week $630 per month, 3 days/week $510 per month, 2 days/week $390 per month, 1 day/week $245 per month; After School 2024–25: 5 days/week $300 per month, 4 days/week $255 per month, 3 days/week $210 per month, 2 days/week $165 per month, 1 day/week $120 per month
The program states a mission of “Creating opportunities to empower and strengthen our community.” It serves more than 1,500 youth and families throughout the year. The program uses a per-day fee structure for both After School and Summer Care Programs starting in the 2024–25 academic year, and registration opens at 8:00 am in a phased process beginning May 1, 2025. Families can support the programs through Friends of YCTC with a monthly donation.
