About
Clackamas Junior Baseball offers multiple levels of play, including T-ball, Rookie, Minors, Juniors, and Seniors, along with Fall Ball and tournaments. The program also includes assessments, a Federal Team, summer camps, offseason training, volunteer opportunities and coach registration, fundraising, and an Opening Day 2026 event.
The stated mission of Clackamas Junior Baseball is to provide every player with a positive, educational, and rewarding baseball experience, with a focus on skill development, sportsmanship, confidence, and a love for the game in a fun and supportive environment. The program describes a “Relationship First” approach where trust comes before instruction and emphasizes building confident, motivated, and accountable young athletes while teaching leadership, effort, and respect on and off the field. Players are placed in divisions that align with their age and skill level, with field dimensions tailored to each division, and the program teaches and implements rules consistent with high school baseball, including leading off bases, pitchers working from the stretch, dropped third strikes being live at most levels, and inning run limits in younger and developing divisions. Clackamas Junior Baseball states that it serves the community by creating an environment where young athletes grow both on and off the field.
