G3 Volleyball Club offers indoor volleyball training, beach volleyball training, and private volleyball lessons. The program includes an indoor club volleyball season, an indoor volleyball academy, a beach volleyball academy, and strength and conditioning training. It also includes beach volleyball tournaments.

G3 Volleyball Club serves the Willamette Valley area for all age groups and ability levels and offers volleyball coaching for youth from ages 10–18. Its stated mission is to train committed athletes to play elite volleyball while preparing them for high school and college level competition. According to the program, G3 coaches believe players can achieve excellence through the relentless pursuit of technical development, physical fitness, skill development, and mental toughness, and they view the court as a place where athletes learn discipline, respect, responsibility, leadership, work ethic, and teamwork.
