71Five Campus – Eagle Point Youth Center offers Youth Center Clubs that include pool, air hockey, video games, group games, biblical teaching, small groups, and youth center meetings. The program also includes trips, daytrips, appointments, and camps, along with monthly extra activities such as Cave Quest, Snow-day, paintball, bowling, fundraisers, summer and winter camps, rafting, and visits to the Redding Water Slides. Youth Clubs are offered for K–12 students, and club meetings are generally high-energy and fun, with discussion and teaching that is described as very relevant to the issues kids face today.

The schedule includes High School Club on Mondays from 6–9pm, High School Lunch Drop-In on Wednesdays from 12:30–1:30pm, Elementary Club on Wednesdays from 3:30–5:15pm, and Middle School Club on Fridays from 6–9pm, with additional monthly events and a summer camp schedule available by phone. 71Five Campus is described as a safe place for kids to hang out, talk with friends, and make new friends, and the Eagle Point Youth Center sees between 80 and 150 kids visit every week. The Eagle Point Youth Center provides loving Christian adults who volunteer in both the youth center and a one-to-one mentoring program, and the program shares the message of the Gospel by faithfully teaching the Bible at all clubs and by sharing the Gospel one to one. The program gives kids a place to belong by providing a safe place where they are accepted just as they are.

The Eagle Point Youth Center opened in 1993. The Eagle Point site is part of Youth 71Five Ministries, which operates in Jackson and Josephine Counties through three youth centers, three community centers, and two training centers, and builds trusting relationships through nine initiatives: 71Five Adventure, 71Five Camp, 71Five Campus, 71Five City, 71Five Connect, 71Five Justice, 71Five Mentors, 71Five Parents, and 71Five VoTech. The Eagle Point 71Five Campus Ministry Director is Peter Kuhl, and the 71Five Executive Director is Bud Amundsen.

The mission of 71Five Campus and Youth 71Five Ministries states that 71Five Campus combines healthy relationships with creative programs to help young people make good choices, establish a solid foundation for life, and positively impact their schools and community. The mission also states that 71Five Campus seeks to engage young people as lifelong followers of Jesus Christ and encourages a balanced life mentally, physically, spiritually, and socially. Youth 71Five Ministries describes that it provides many opportunities for loving, caring, Christ-following adults to engage in the lives of lost and hurting kids, aims to bring hope through relationship by providing a safe place to belong and sharing the message of the Gospel, and mobilizes responsible caring adults to be engaged in trusting relationships with young people. According to the mission statement, these relationships are the foundation for guiding young people according to the teachings of Jesus Christ, helping them develop the mental, physical, social, and spiritual components of their lives, and young people will be given hope and purpose so they can thrive individually and strengthen the community. Youth 71Five Ministries states that it exists to share God’s story of hope with young people through trusting relationships in any relevant way and believes that influence happens best through healthy, authentic, and trusting relationships.

Youth 71Five Ministries is a registered 501(c)3 non-profit Christ-centered youth mentoring organization supported through the generosity of individuals, foundations, and businesses. Oregon Business magazine announced Youth 71Five Ministries as a “100 Best Nonprofit to Work For,” and Youth 71Five Ministries is a GuideStar Platinum Nonprofit Profile participant.
