Santiam Youth Sports offers T-Ball, Coach Pitch, Softball, JBO Baseball, and Basketball. T-Ball is for age 4 through kindergarten, Coach Pitch is for 1st and 2nd grade, Softball is for 3rd through 8th grade, JBO Baseball is for 3rd through 8th grade, and Basketball is for 1st through 6th grade.

- T-Ball — Age 4 - Kindergarten; players must be 4 years old by April 1, 2026 · Co-ed; registration closes February 8, 2026, unless the division maximum is reached earlier
- Coach Pitch — 1st/2nd Grade · Co-ed; registration closes February 8, 2026, unless the division maximum is reached earlier
- Softball — 3rd-8th Grade · Registration closes January 31, 2026, unless the division maximum is reached earlier
- JBO Baseball — 3rd-8th Grade · Registration closes January 18, 2026, unless the division maximum is reached earlier; mandatory evaluation clinic on 2026-02-28
- Basketball — 1st-6th Grade

- General schedule: Registration opens January 4, 2026 for JBO Baseball, Softball, Coach Pitch, and T-Ball. Players register for a waitlist and are activated as team space allows. Priority is given to players who reside in the NSSD. Coaching registration is available for the 2026 season.
About the provider
Santiam Youth Sports is a non-profit organization committed to providing t-ball, baseball, softball, and basketball to children in the Stayton and Sublimity communities, as well as surrounding areas. The organization is also looking for volunteers for coaching, assistant coaching, umpiring and officiating, field maintenance, concession stand, and board member positions.
All refund requests incur a $15 processing fee. Additional fees may be applied at the discretion of Santiam Youth Sports. Website processing fees will not be refunded. No refunds will be given after jerseys are ordered. Priority is given to NSSD children; if maximum teams are reached and NSSD kids are on the waiting list, out-of-district registration may be canceled.
