Cleveland Youth Baseball & Softball offers Tee Ball, Farm Ball with coach pitch and kid pitch at the end of the season, Minors with 100% kid pitch, Juniors, Seniors, Fall Ball, Winter Workouts, and a Spring Baseball season. The program welcomes players from across Portland to youth baseball and softball programs for grades Pre-K through 8th grade. Annual assessments are used to form teams, and starting at the Minor Federal level and for all Junior and Senior teams, players are placed on teams based on similar skill level and experience.
• Ages: 4–13 years old
• Schedule: Fall Ball includes 8 Sunday games across September and October with practices 1–2 times per week after school; Winter Workouts generally run 6–7 weeks across December and January on Saturdays and Sundays; Spring Baseball practices begin after Spring Break, with games running from April through June or July depending on age and league type.
Cleveland Youth Baseball & Softball uses SportsEngine for practice and game schedules, team messaging and notifications, and roster information, and SportsEngine is the primary way coaches and the league communicate with families. Teams at certain levels play against opponents from other towns such as Oregon City, Tualatin, and Estacada. The annual calendar includes registration, assessments, team formation, coach communication, practices, games, and tournaments, including CCJBA and JBO state tournaments in July 2026 for various Junior and Senior levels and Minor Federal.
