Cleveland Youth Baseball & Softball offers Tee Ball, Farm Ball, Minors, Juniors, Seniors, Fall Ball, Winter Workouts, Spring Baseball, and Softball. The program includes coach pitch, kid pitch, 100% kid pitch, practices after school, weekly games, weekend workouts, and spring season play.

- Tee Ball — Pre-K and Kindergarten
- Farm Ball — 1st and 2nd Grade · Coach pitch and kid pitch at end of season
- Minors — 3rd and 4th Grade · 100% kid pitch
- Juniors — 5th and 6th Grade
- Seniors — 7th and 8th Grade
- Fall Ball — Grades 3-8 · Practices 1-2x per week after school; 1 game per week; 8 Sunday games across September and October
- Winter Workouts — Grades 3-8 · Saturdays and Sundays; specific times coming soon; generally a 6-7 week series that spans December and January
- Spring Baseball — All levels; 3rd-8th graders must complete a baseball skills assessment · Practice starts after Spring Break; games start in April and run through June/July based on age and league type
- Softball — Grades Pre-K through 8th grade

- Ages: 4–14 years old
- General schedule: Fall Ball practices begin at the end of August and games begin in September and end at the end of October. Winter Workouts begin in early December. Spring registration opens November 1st; assessments for Spring Baseball season are held in January or February; spring teams are formed by mid-February; communication from coaches to parents is by mid-March; practice begins in the first week of April; games begin at the end of April for JBO teams and in the first week of May for T, Farm, and CNL; season ends mid-June for T, Farm, and CNL.
About the provider
Cleveland Youth Baseball & Softball is a nonprofit based in Portland, Oregon. The program is dedicated to providing youth sports opportunities to children in the SE Portland community, and its coaches and board members are unpaid volunteers.
Fall Ball registration opens in July. Spring registration opens November 1st. All 3rd-8th graders must complete a baseball skills assessment each year, held in January or February. Annual assessments help the league form teams, placing players on teams of similar skill level and experience. Home games are played in the Sellwood, Westmoreland, Eastmoreland and Woodstock neighborhoods. The organization operates under the umbrella of Sellwood Junior Baseball Organization.
