• Schedule: Classes offered in 50-minute sessions, with seasons running throughout the year and specific breaks and registration periods
The program’s mission is to offer a non-competitive, introductory soccer and movement skills program for boys and girls ages 18 months–9 years, with a nationally renowned Lil’ Kickers child development program that offers classes all year long. Skills Institute is a soccer development program for 5–12 year-olds who love soccer and have a strong desire to improve their skills, with evaluation, assessment, and adaptation to each player’s initial skill level and a strong technical emphasis on soccer. The program is described as the highest quality child development program in the Northwest and includes activities that help children master developmental milestones appropriate for their age.
One parent, Andrea Tomlin, shared that her kids each started in Lil’ Kickers at 18 months and that she “cannot say enough good things about the coaches,” describing them as kind, engaging, energetic, and extremely gifted in working with and teaching kids, and noting that her kids look forward to seeing them every week.
