Bird Alliance of Oregon works with a vast network of advocates, nature enthusiasts, and partners, and community scientists participate in efforts such as the annual Christmas Bird Count. More than 500 volunteers donate more than 43,000 hours of service a year, and the organization advocates for equitable access to nature for all Portland-area residents.
