RAPRD Youth Sports Leagues offers Tykes Soccer Leagues, soccer leagues for 2nd–3rd grades, 4th–5th grades, 6th–8th grades, and 9th–12th grades, Youth Lacrosse Leagues, and the Redmond Youth Football Camp. The program also includes RAPRD Adult Softball Leagues with Women's Recreation and COED Recreation softball leagues. For youth soccer, RAPRD provides player jerseys, and parents provide shorts, shin guards, socks, and the appropriate size soccer ball, while Youth Lacrosse Leagues provide helmets, goggles, sticks, and mouth guards, and the football camp includes a T-shirt and lunch.

Youth Lacrosse Leagues meet twice a week and play a seven-game schedule, cost $106.00 I/D or $138.00 O/D, and include practice gear for coaches, a game jersey for each participant, a mouth piece, and a rental helmet and stick for the season if needed, with helmets, goggles, sticks, and mouth guards provided by the Park District. The Redmond Youth Football Camp runs on Saturday, 6/3, from 9:00am–1:00pm, costs $50.00 I/D or $65.00 O/D, and includes a T-shirt and lunch. RAPRD Adult Softball Coed Recreational Leagues play on the night selected at registration (Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday), run for 8 weeks of play plus a single-elimination tournament, and cost $425.00 per team. Coed and Men’s 5v5v5 Adult Softball Leagues play on Monday nights, have a 5-week season, cost $425.00 per team, and late team registrations in adult softball are subject to a $25.00 late registration fee.
Volunteer coaches are needed for youth sports leagues and must consent to a background check, attend a pre-season coaches clinic, complete concussion training, and participate in a coaches clinic. Tykes soccer is described as being all about having fun and learning a new sport for the youngest soccer players. RAPRD’s mission statement is that RAPRD leads the community to health and well-being by providing fun, high-quality recreational experiences and activities for all. RAPRD continues a partnership with Bend Park and Recreation District to offer Youth Lacrosse Leagues and partners with the Redmond Panther, Ridgeview Raven, and Redmond Youth Football programs for the Redmond Youth Football Camp, and it offers recreational programs for the greater Redmond, Oregon community, serving Redmond, Terrebonne, and Tumalo. RAPRD is introducing the RAPRD Hero Pass, which provides a 20% discount toward RAPRD recreation, fitness, or enrichment programming for eligible veterans.
