Umpqua Valley Gymnastics

Umpqua Valley Gymnastics offers toddler and preschool classes where children work on gross motor skills through activities in a fun, safe, and positive environment. The program also offers recreational classes that teach flexibility, strength, coordination, and body awareness using gymnastics skills in a relaxed, fun, and challenging atmosphere. For children interested in more advanced training, Umpqua Valley Gymnastics provides developmental classes and a competitive team track that focus on strength, flexibility, character, and progressing toward competitive gymnastics, with the team track requiring a formal evaluation, invitation, and parent involvement and commitment.

Umpqua Valley Gymnastics states that it is dedicated to providing a fun, safe, and positive environment where children can be challenged to grow in character, self-discipline, and fitness. The program has a Code of Conduct that asks parents and gymnasts to maintain a high level of integrity and respect for all gymnasts, coaches, staff, board members, and families, and to refrain from actions that may compromise its standards.
