Sherwood Youth Soccer Club offers Fall Soccer and Spring Soccer programs, as well as Summer Camps. The club also runs Bowmen Summer Camps and a UK Soccer Camp. Participants can take part in Referee Training and other referee opportunities through the club.

Sherwood Youth Soccer Club states its mission as: “To develop and nurture the love of soccer in the Sherwood community.” The club notes that it encourages the whole community to be involved with the success of the club through a variety of effective partnerships and alliances. The organization has a Board of Directors that includes Alex Gonzalez (President), Arlena Morton (Vice President and Equipment Coordinator), Gary Nilsen (Treasurer), Atina Enoch (Director of Programs), Clark Farrand (Field Coordinator), Caitlin Michael (Sponsorship Coordinator), Debbie Marr (Registrar), Jack Vohland (Referee Coordinator), and Eric Anderson and Ryan Palmer (Board Members at Large).
