Grab It NFL Flag offers NFL flag football, a summer flag football camp, NHL street hockey, dodgeball, a Summer Outdoor Dunk Hoop League, Summer Dodgeball, an All Girls NFL Flag Camp, and a Fall League. The program includes competitive and recreation divisions and has Pre-K to high school divisions for ages 4–17. Division champions qualify for the National Championship NFL Flag Tournament at the Hall of Fame in Canton, Ohio, and Grab It NFL Flag will have a 12U team entering the Seattle Seahawks Regional Flag Football Tournament.
