Rose City Futsal Youth Programs offer futsal and indoor soccer through youth programs, futsal academies, youth leagues, and Rose City Futsal Camps. The program takes place on indoor hard courts similar to basketball courts, using a smaller, heavier, low-bounce ball. Community teams are available for players who are not already on a team, and a Community Team Manager is provided for those teams.

• Schedule: Options available Monday–Thursday afternoons and evenings, Friday afternoons, and Saturday–Sunday mornings
• Price: Annual membership is only $20.
Every player in Rose City Futsal Youth Programs needs an annual membership and personal player card, which is used to check in to facilities and sign in for games. The program also runs adult leagues and an adult academy in addition to the youth offerings. The futsal academies use a low coach-to-player ratio.
Rose City Futsal Youth Programs are part of Rose City Futsal, which was founded in 2013 by ten Portland families passionate about soccer, with RCF West opening in 2016. The mission of Rose City Futsal is to grow the game of futsal while building a supportive community around indoor soccer in Portland. Rose City Futsal celebrates the spirit of soccer and cultivates a community of players and fans around the game, with everything rooted in building a diverse, welcoming community centered on enjoying futsal in Portland.
Clive’s Pub is located on the second floor of each Rose City Futsal location, with mezzanine viewing and TVs streaming games. Membership includes a personal player card used to check in for classes and games.
Parents and players have shared detailed feedback about the program and facilities. One parent described it as “hands down the best indoor soccer space in Portland” and mentioned a full service restaurant, clean and well maintained space, air conditioning, summer kids camp, futsal courts in great shape, and helpful staff.
