Camp Morrow

Camp Morrow offers Rise & Shine, a 3-day horse camp for kids with special needs with hands-on time at camp and a parent or caregiver required. It also offers Lil' Buckaroos, a day camp with hands-on time with horses, sailboat racing in the creek, hay rides, and games. Other offerings include horseback riding, grooming horses, trail riding, arena riding, sword and shield building, worship, swimming, paintball, and night games, depending on the camp.

• Rise & Shine — 8-20 years old · $305 per session · 3-day horse camp for kids with special needs; parent or caregiver required; check-in Friday 2:00 pm, check-out Sunday 4:00 pm.
• Lil' Buckaroos — Up to 9 years old · $35 per session · Day camp; 10 am-2 pm; hands-on time with horses, sailboat racing in the creek, hay rides and games.
• Warrior's Guild Jr. High Boys — 7th-9th grade · $405 per session · High-energy camp for young men; build sword and shield; check-in Monday 4:00 pm at Ranch Camp.
• Warrior's Guild Jr. Boys — 4th-6th grade · $385 per session · High-energy camp for young men; build sword and shield; check-in Monday 4:00 pm at Ranch Camp.
• Mustangs — 8th-12th grade · $405 per session · Girls ranch camp with riding horses, arena and trail riding, swimming, gaming in the arena, and a barn dance.
• Palominos — 7th-9th grade · $405 per session · Girls ranch camp with riding, grooming horses, swimming, games, a barn dance, and worship.
• Pintos — 4th-6th grades · $385 per session · Girls ranch camp with trail riding and arena riding; spends a night under the stars; barn dance at end of week.
• Appaloosas — 4th-7th grades · $385 per session · Girls ranch camp with trail riding and arena time; spends a night under the stars; barn dance at end of week.
• High School — 9th-12th grades · $315 per session · Teens camp with teaching of God's Word, worship, optional white water rafting, lake, night games, paintball, and trail ride.
• Middle School 1 — 6th-8th grades · $315 per session · Middle school camp.
• Middle School 2 — 6th-8th grades · $315 per session · Middle school camp.
• Jr. 1 — 4th-6th grade · $285 per session · Junior camp.

About the provider

Camp Morrow exists to equip kids with God's Word and root them in Jesus Christ, the Savior of all who trust in Him. It exists to evangelize and disciple people in a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. The camp is non-denominational, affiliated with InFaith, and a member of Christian Camps and Conference Association. The Morrow family provided the land to start the first camp in 1958 and later donated the property. Leadership includes Chip & Brenda Shetler, Jason & Sarah Birman, Dustin & Kristine Peterson, Josiah Shelter, Dwain Stanley, Greg & Emily Gill, Levi Huntley, and Neil & Alice Lanning.

A parent or caregiver is required to accompany each camper for Rise & Shine and both are included in the camper cost.
