Kidokinetics of Southeast Portland

Kidokinetics of Southeast Portland offers kids the chance to play and learn sports such as basketball, lacrosse, jai alai, hockey, and volleyball. The program includes classes, camps, and special events under the Kidokinetics Sportsplay and Hit the Court themes, along with Hoop Scoops and Shots basketball camps. SportsPlay sessions include warm-up, a new sport or skill, open play, cool down, and an age-appropriate anatomy and physiology lesson, and introduce children to more than 25 different sports and several physical exercises in a non-competitive setting.

Kidokinetics of Southeast Portland is a locally owned sports enrichment and physical education program powered by Kidokinetics of Southeast Portland in partnership with West Linn Parks and Recreation. Kidokinetics has been introducing kids to movement through sports and physical education since 1996 and focuses on the 4 Core Kinetics: Team Kinetics, Emotion Kinetics, Body Kinetics, and Brain Kinetics. The program brings a trained coach and all needed equipment to each session, and each class features the F.U.N. Factor—Fundamental, Understandable, and Noncompetitive. Kidokinetics was founded by Terri Braun and is trusted by families nationwide, receiving 5-star reviews from parents and partners.
