Ladies Shred
We are here to create accessibility within the board sports for girls and women. Grow into confidence, through surfing and skateboarding. Sessions are guided alongside breath work, balance training, slow-paced mindset, conversations about girlhood and what arises within us. Ladies Shred is organized by Lil who has been teaching these sports for 13 years and practicing them for 15 years.
