Ladies Shred: Surf, Skate, Create

Ladies Shred: Surf, Skate, Create offers activities such as skateboarding and surfing. Participants engage in emotional regulation, commitment, focus, fear barrier breaking, teamwork, and friendship.

Dreamt up in 2013 and incorporated in 2021, Ladies Shred is committed to holding a safe space for girls. The program honors the full spectrum of contradictions, such as being both soft and fierce, silly and determined, confident and doubtful. It aims to be a space of love, where participants can find a sweet spot to fit together, growing and reaching deeper levels of compassion for themselves and the world around them. Unique features include creating kindness as an act of rebellion and fostering strong individuals rather than professional athletes.
