Saint Helena CYO offers Boys Basketball, Girls Basketball, Swimming, Baseball, Cross Country, Field Hockey, Flag Football, Football (combined parishes), Soccer, Softball, Spring Track, and Spring PeeWee Track. Basketball includes 3rd/4th grade clinic, 5th/6th grade junior varsity, 7th/8th grade varsity, and 9th–12th grade high school basketball. Swimming is available for K-9th grade, with 9th grade requiring a birth date after September 1st.

- Swimming — K-9th grade; 9th grade requires turning 15 after September 1st · Practices on Mondays and Wednesdays, 7:00–8:45 PM; K-3rd grade 7:00–7:45 PM; 4th-9th grade 7:45–8:45 PM; meets Saturdays and/or Sundays · Additional $50 program membership fee payable to Lansdale YMCA for all participants except current members

Saint Helena CYO is a parish-based academic and athletic program within the parish’s comprehensive youth ministry program. The page says it brings parish and school families together through sports and activities that build faith, sportsmanship, and community.
