Babylon School of Dance

Babylon School of Dance offers classes in Creative Rhythm, Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Hip Hop, and Modern Dance. The program includes options for beginners through advanced dancers and has welcomed children, teens, and adults. The Babylon Dance Company “Momentum” is an elite group of dancers who are hand picked by the faculty and take at least three classes a week, including ballet.

Founded 38 years ago in Bucks County, PA, Babylon School of Dance focuses on providing quality dance education through the joy of movement and self-expression. The program states that it believes in building character and confidence through dance education in a supportive, inclusive environment, and in teaching the art of dance while fostering acceptance and self-expression. Over 300 students return year after year, and the school does various performances throughout the community. Momentum dancers, ages 10–18, are responsible for the opening and closing of the show, and many of them take part in a student teaching program that prepares them to be future dance instructors.
