Let There Be Rock on MacDade is led by owners John and Melissa Daley, who are music and entertainment industry veterans with a combined over 50 years of experience, including having a major record deal, being on TV and radio, and working with up-and-coming and successful stars in the business. Collectively, the owners and teachers have accumulated over 5 million records sold and 100 million streams on their original music, have had independent and major label record deals, have toured the world, and have played a vital role in producing up-and-coming artists. The school teaches all styles of music from classics and theatre to country and metal and everything in between, and offers Music School, Summer Camp, Adult Band Camp, and Broadway Sings programs, with easy online payment and month-to-month billing with no long term commitment.

Let There Be Rock on MacDade celebrates 12 years of rocking the music education scene in Delaware County, PA, and the school celebrates its 12th anniversary. The program serves people of all ages, with youth ages 6–17 welcome (with some exceptions), and students cannot age out of programs, including the Adult Band Camp program for adults and for students turning 18. The environment serves like an after school community center, and students describe it as a second home.

Let There Be Rock on MacDade has received the “BEST MUSIC SCHOOL” award from the Delco Times. The name of the school comes from a song by the band ACDC, and the owners have worked with Ozzy, Alice Cooper, Gene Simmons, Steven Tyler, Jon Bon Jovi, SKRILLEX, and various indie bands. Students from the school have performed at Warped Tour, opened for acts like Rob Zombie and Korn, and had VIP experiences such as singing “Darkside” backstage with Kelly Clarkson. Students have also appeared on records and in music videos, including a video by the 6-time ACM award winning country band Old Dominion filmed at the school.

Let There Be Rock on MacDade takes part in numerous charitable events yearly and has become a pillar of the local community, serving Ridley, Interboro, Springfield, Swarthmore, Media, Garnet Valley, Wilmington, South Jersey, and people from all over the country who fly in for instruction and training experiences.
