Kids Summer Arts Camps includes hands-on activities such as clay sculpting, community art-building, and found object sculptures. The program also features cookie and cake decorating as part of its arts experiences.
• Ages: 5–12 years old
• Schedule: Week 1, June 22–26; Week 2, June 29–July 3
Kids Summer Arts Camps is led by professional teaching artists. The mission of the Huntingdon County Arts Council is to enrich Huntingdon County through the encouragement, support and promotion of the arts. The Huntingdon County Arts Council also operates Department 19, Art & Photography, at the Art Station next to the Midway Stage at the Huntingdon County Fair. Raystown Summer Nights is a series of free summer events at the Raystown Lake Amphitheater.
