Emilie Christian Day School’s mission is to help children learn to love God and each other, to grow into caring, responsible citizens, and to become the best people they can be. The program is a Christian-based early childhood education program that includes Christian education and teaches core Christian values, with guided learning for young toddlers through preschool to Pre-K and developmentally appropriate early childhood programs. It offers all the PA core curriculum standards for early childhood education in math and language development, with schedule flexibility through part-time and full-time programs that are described as reasonable in cost and flexible in schedule. The school also offers Summer Camp for kids ages 13 months through 4th grade and operates as a learning community environment.

Every classroom has degreed teachers, along with caring, dedicated, long-term staff, master teachers, and skilled staff. Emilie Christian Day School is a Keystone STARS 4 program, identified as a Star 4 Facility, reaching the highest levels in early childhood programming for national accreditation, staff training and professional development, performance standards, and family and community involvement, and is an equal opportunity care provider. The school provides quality early childhood education to residents of Levittown and the surrounding community, with family and community involvement as part of its Keystone STARS 4 early childhood programming.

One parent, Adrienne Roach, states that the curriculum is designed to educate “the whole child,” focusing on social, emotional, mental, and physical development along with teaching core Christian values, and notes that staff are invested in every child’s success and happiness and that teachers who have never had her children in class still know them by name and make connections. Another parent, Lauren Dubin, describes finding “an exceptional head start” and “an environment of love and laughter” at Emilie Christian Day School, and reports that her daughter has attended the young toddler program, the summer program, and the 2-year-old full-day toddler class in the Sunshine Room, with teachers available to answer questions and respond when students or parents feel nervous.
