Kids & Company offers hands-on learning, active play, creative expression, and outdoor fun for children. The program includes early literacy, fine arts, movement and physical education, as well as added enrichment in French, sign language, and yoga. Centres are thoughtfully designed to inspire exploration, creativity, and connection, and the facility is always clean.

What started in 2002 has grown into a national leader in corporate-sponsored child care and family caregiving benefits, and today Kids & Company operates more than 100 centres across Canada. The program follows a play-based, emergent approach to early learning with an emergent curriculum that adapts to each child’s interests, and it offers proprietary programs in early literacy, fine arts, and movement and physical education. Added enrichment includes French, sign language, and yoga, and Kids & Company offers Kidco Summer Camps, Before & After School Care, and PA/PD Days and School Break Camps for children 6–12 years old. Kids & Company provides corporate-sponsored child care and family caregiving benefits, along with flexible and inclusive family caregiving solutions that support employees through every stage of caregiving, from child care to elder care. The KIDCO Way values are Kind, Innovative, Diverse, Courageous, and Optimistic. Kids & Company was founded by Victoria Sopik, a mother of eight, and Jennifer Nashmi, a mother of three. Its mission is to provide a safe, healthy, and high-quality educational environment where children and employees are empowered to grow, learn and thrive, and it works alongside families and communities to fulfill this mission. Kids & Company is Certified by Great Place To Work and has earned the 2025 Great Place To Work Certification. The next Open House is scheduled for Saturday, August 8, 2026, from 10AM–12PM.
Parents have shared that from the very first day, the staff made them feel welcomed and reassured, and that the staff are caring, patient, and dedicated to every child’s well-being and development. One parent described a sense of peace and genuine love in the space and said the educators are some of the kindest, most nurturing people they have ever met, noting that the educators do not just care for children but truly see them, celebrate them, and pour into them every single day. Another parent said the facility is always clean and that the meals served are varied, nutritious, and delicious, and that their children started enjoying different types of food and vegetables.
