Camp PARC

Camp PARC offers residential summer camp and year-round recreational and social activities for children, teens, and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their neurotypical peers. The summer camp program is described as a week of fun, friendship, and personal growth in a supportive environment. Campers take part in large group activities, outdoor activities, shared meals in cafeteria-style seating, and overnight stays in barrack-style sleeping quarters.

About the provider

Camp PARC has served people with intellectual and developmental disabilities since 1960, and the 2026 season is its 67th summer. The leadership team includes Camp Directors Judy and Ted Risch. The program is built around one-to-one support between campers and volunteers, including youth staff and community volunteers, and it provides respite for parents and caregivers.

Applicants must complete an online application before being assigned to a session. Applications for the 2026 season must be submitted no later than April 30. New camper participants create a CampDoc.com account after receiving an email. Returning applicants should not log in until they receive an email from CampDoc stating they have been registered for a session and their health forms are ready.
