New Life Island Youth Camp offers a Christ-centered outdoor camp experience that has been changing lives for over 50 years. The camp is made possible by the dedication of many individuals serving in a variety of roles, including two families on-site year-round, a faithful board, summer staff, and numerous volunteers who support the ministry throughout the year.
New Life Island Youth Camp has offered Christian camping on the Delaware River since 1972 and was founded in 1972. It was established with a clear purpose: to reach campers with the good news of Jesus Christ, and that mission continues to be at the heart of everything done at the camp today. The camp emphasizes safety as the first priority for campers, and highlights hospitality, growth, place, glorifying God, biblical balance, and fun as key values. The island setting is described as a breathtaking piece of God's artwork, surrounded by natural beauty and peaceful waters, and is noted for a rare sense of tranquility. The camp’s history is described as rich, full of servant-hearted people and God's faithful provision, and its story is said to proclaim the glory of the Heavenly Father.
