Children of America Trappe offers themed activities, outdoor play, and hands-on learning for children. The program uses an exclusive Mind & Body Matters™ curriculum that supports the whole child socially, emotionally, intellectually, and physically from infancy through Pre-K. It also offers Before and After School Care for school-age children and a Summer Camp with themed activities, outdoor play, and hands-on learning in a safe, structured environment.

Children of America Trappe is a corporately owned and operated, nationally accredited preschool with structured programming and high standards across every location. The center features modern classrooms designed for interactive learning, safe, engaging playgrounds, a wealth of educational resources, and clean, secure classrooms designed for every developmental stage. The program offers age-appropriate curriculum tailored to maximize each developmental milestone, along with nutrition and wellness programs that support the whole child.
Children of America has been a family owned and operated business since 1998. The leadership team includes CEO Ted Hockenberry, who shares a monthly video update called “Minute with Ted: Family Edition” that gives families a firsthand look at what is happening in the schools. Families receive daily digital updates through a parent app, and the program uses video monitoring. The mission of Children of America is to offer families a trusted, high-quality early education experience, supported by caring, credentialed teachers and experienced, professional educators.
