About
WEBS (We're Empowered by Science) Summer Science Camp includes activities such as Bone Hunt, Coastal Impacts of Sea Level Rise, Converging and Diverging with Shoes, CSI (Crime Scene Investigation), and an optional Frog Dissection. Campers also take part in sessions on Genetics, It’s the Balm, Nutrition, Oil Spill, Escape the Room: Pharmacy Escape Room, Pop Pop, Fizz Fizz: Drug Dissolution, Robots, and You Be the Doctor! The camp is organized into WEBS 1.0 Camp for 7th and 8th grade and WEBS 2.0 Camp for 9th–12th grade.

• Schedule: One-week session from Sunday, July 19 to Friday, July 24
• Price: Tuition: $300
The WEBS program is dedicated to empowering young people from across Northeastern Pennsylvania through hands-on STEM experiences. It offers opportunities for NEPA students entering grades 7–12 to dive into the world of STEM through interactive labs, real-world experiments, and fun educational activities. The program connects participants with Wilkes University professors, staff, and students, as well as STEM professionals from the community. Campers strengthen scientific skills, explore future STEM careers, experience a taste of college life, and are introduced to a college campus in a welcoming and inclusive environment for all genders and identities. The program encourages team-building and collaboration amongst young people and creates young leaders. WEBS is led by WEBS Program Director Miquela Langan and a WEBS Director.
