About
Lightbridge Academy of Willow Grove is a preschool and daycare program that uses a proprietary Seedlings® curriculum focusing on the whole child. The curriculum includes reading and writing readiness, language and literacy, social and emotional development, and STREAM activities that cover science, technology, reading, engineering, art, and math. Children also use an outdoor learning environment for collaborative learning and play, and families have access to state-of-the-art technology with real-time internet monitoring and an app-based connection to stay connected throughout the day.

The Center Director, Kate Wesolowski, is a graduate of Cabrini College and holds dual certification in Early Childhood and Elementary Education, a Pennsylvania Director’s Credential, and a Pennsylvania Teaching Certification. The Assistant Director, Brittany Cavanaugh, is a graduate of Shippensburg University with a Bachelor’s Degree and certification in Elementary Education and a minor in Early Childhood Education.
The program states that, as The Solution for Working Families®, it is more than a daycare and serves as an extension of the family and a partner in a child’s early education and development. Its Circle of Care® includes parents, children, teachers, and the community.
