Brighton Swim Academy offers private lessons, baby classes, toddler classes, child classes, and a Brighton Elite program, along with camps and clinics. Lessons take place in an indoor, year-round facility where classes run rain or shine, with small class sizes and instructors who are extensively trained and focused on teaching swimming. The pool uses a UV filtration system that kills bacteria with UV light and cuts chlorine use in half, and both the pool and air temperatures are kept at 90 degrees.

Brighton Swim Academy’s doors opened in May of 2019. The program is led by Lance Ogren and Carlie Ogren. Lance is a Swim Smooth Certified Coach, a US Masters Certified Level 4 Coach (1 of 22 in the USA), a World Record Holder for the 17.5 mile Ederle Swim, and the 69th person to complete the Open Water Triple Crown. Carlie is a US Masters Certified Level 2 Coach. The stated mission is: “Teaching children to swim is our passion. We are focused on teaching children the skills they need to feel confident in the water.”
