Brighton Swim Academy

Brighton Swim Academy offers Brighton Baby, Toddler Group, Child Group, and Private Lessons. Brighton Baby classes include an adult in the water with the baby and focus on water safety skills and early motor skills through games and songs. Toddler Group and Child Group classes are small, with three students per teacher for ages 3 to 5 years and four students per teacher for ages 6 to 12 years. Private Lessons are offered for all swim levels in 20 minute and 30 minute sessions, with tuition billed monthly.

• Brighton Baby — 4-36 months · Requires an adult to accompany the baby / parent or caregiver to be in the water; focused on teaching water safety skills and developing early motor skills through games and songs.
• Toddler Group — 3-5 years · Designed to grow young children into safe and confident swimmers; small classes, three students with one teacher.
• Child Group — 6-12 years · Designed to grow children into safe and confident swimmers; small classes, four students with one teacher.
• Private Lessons — 2-12 years · $42.35–$59.15 per class · Offered for all swim levels; 20 minute and 30 minute private lessons.

About the provider

Brighton Swim Academy opened in May 2019. The leadership team is Lance Ogren and Carlie Ogren. Lance Ogren is a Swim Smooth® Certified Coach and a US Masters Certified Level 4 Coach, and Carlie Ogren is a US Masters Certified Level 2 Coach. The facility is indoors and open year-round, with free makeup lessons, a UV filtration system, and pool and air temperatures of 90 degrees.

Brighton Baby classes require a parent or caregiver to be in the water with the baby. Toddler group classes require the toddler to be able to submerge independently and hold their breath for 3 seconds. Tuition is billed monthly for private lessons.
