What families say

“I took the Basic Knife Skills class. Absolutely changed my life! I have been cooking for over 45 years and now I know what I'm doing. Makes prep so much faster! Thank you Jeff.” — Kathy Ward

“I love this place! I took the pastry class and received so much help from the instructor and had so much fun. My pastries even turned out really well. If you love cooking and want a fun night out, take one of these classes! I can't wait to take another one.” — Katie Bell Ward

“I went to the New Orleans cooking class, and it was so much fun! I finally learned how to make a dark roux for Cajun dishes, and also got to enjoy fresh beignets. The class had a great mix of demos and hands-on time, Jeff took the time to really explain some food science concepts and answer any questions we had, and all the food was amazing. Highly recommended!” — Becky Winkler Heard
