BOOST Gymnastics

BOOST Gymnastics offers recreational gymnastics classes for girls ages 5 and up, with class options that include Intro to Gymnastics, Gymnastics 1.0, Gymnastics 2.0, and Gymnastics 3.0. About the provider

BOOST Gymnastics has served the Nashville community since the early 1980s and was founded in the early 1980s. The leadership team includes Executive Director Brynn Crady and Team Development Manager & Coach Catarina Brock. The program states that it offers a well-rounded program that supports healthy and happy children and aims to promote discipline, self-confidence, strength, agility, and coordination in a wholesome atmosphere while introducing the sport of gymnastics. It lists USAG Safesport, the Safesport Helpline, the USAG Tennessee Committee, and the Safesport Reporting Hotline among its credentials and awards.

All classes begin at the time of enrollment. All gymnastics classes are for girls, with class options for ages 5 and up. All tumbling classes are co-ed, with class options for ages 5 and up. Camps: ages 3+ and fully potty-trained for Little Kids Camp; Big Kids Camp ages 5-11; reservation required for open gym; preschool open gym ages 1-5 with supervising adult required; open gym ages 3-17; private lessons currently on a waitlist.
