About
YMCA of Central Texas Overnight Camp includes a Traditional Overnight Camp and a Half-Week Adventure Camp with classic camp activities, cabin life, and age-appropriate evening programs. Campers have access to hiking trails, an archery range, canoes and kayaks, gaga pits, a swimming pool and splash pad, an aqua park, a 100 ft. Wet Willie Water Slide, fishing docks, outdoor sports courts and fields, and a 55 ft. climbing tower with dual zip lines and a giant swing.

• Schedule: Week-long Traditional Overnight Camp sessions and a flexible, two-night Half-Week Adventure option, with check-in from 3–4pm on Sunday and check-out from 9–10am on Saturday

The YMCA of Central Texas has roots that began during the 1970s, with milestones that include the creation of a United Way “Youth Contingency Fund” in 1976, the establishment of its first school-based after-school program in 1989, and the opening of the Hill Country Family YMCA in Cedar Park in 1997, and it is part of a Y organization that was born over 150 years ago and has been listening and responding to communities for nearly 160 years. The YMCA of Central Texas states that its camps offer safe, inclusive experiences that blend fun and education for children across all ages, and that its summer camps provide fun and educational experiences for children and teenagers in a safe and inclusive environment.
The YMCA of Central Texas describes itself as community centered, bringing people together and connecting people of all ages and backgrounds to bridge gaps in community needs.
