Long Reach for the Arts hosts K–12 students for one-of-a-kind experiences at the Long Center. The program connects students to the center of Austin’s artistic identity year-round and innovates how students engage with art and creative discovery. The H-E-B Stage used in the program is described as the world’s first-ever 3D-printed stage.

The mission of Long Reach for the Arts is to fuel community through creative expression. Long Reach for the Arts is part of the Long Center for the Performing Arts, which is a nonprofit arts organization. The Long Center is supported in part by the City of Austin Economic Development Department, and Long Reach for the Arts supporters include Sarah and Ernest Butler, MFI Foundation, The Long Foundation, Dr. Marilyn Gaddis, Sharon Hall, Concordia University Texas, H-E-B, and the Texas Commission on the Arts.
