About
Dougherty Arts Center Youth Arts Programs offers After School, Summer Camp, and Early Childhood arts activities. The program includes a variety of educational arts classes and programs taught by skilled artists who share their knowledge and explore new ideas with students. DAC Youth programs include process-focused activities that let youth learn about art in various forms and express themselves creatively in a supportive, collaborative space with peers.
• Ages: 2–12 years old
DAC Youth programs state that programming is subject to change. Online registration ends several days before classes begin, and early registration is encouraged to help classes meet minimum enrollment and to increase the chance of securing a space before a class is full. Financial Aid is available for these programs. Accessibility Services are provided, and reasonable modifications and equal access to communications are available upon request. Language interpreter services are available through Austin 3-1-1 or 512-974-2000, with requests recommended at least five days before the meeting or event.
