Life Time Kids Programs includes activities such as Kids Academy, Kids Swim Lessons, basketball, and use of the pools. Families at the same club can also access Pilates, Stretch & Recovery, Cold Plunge, pickleball, the fitness floor, studio spaces, Signature Group Training, Dynamic Personal Training, cycle, barre, boxing and kickboxing, ARORA, and a work lounge in the same facility. Complimentary Kids Swim Lessons are available when a junior is enrolled in recurring monthly group swim lessons, and the first four consecutive lessons are complimentary.
• Schedule: Open daily with early morning to late evening hours, including Sunday and Saturday hours and extended hours Monday through Friday.
