Swim Lessons & Special Programs includes Learn to Swim, Adaptive Aquatics (Special Needs Swimming), Challenge Programs, Fitness Classes, and Aquatic Fitness Classes. The program also offers AquaCARDIO Monday-Friday from 9:00-9:45 am and Water Works Monday-Friday from 10:00-10:45 am and Monday-Thursday from 4:45-5:30 pm and 5:45-6:30 pm.
