The Texas 4-H Youth Development Program offers hands-on learning in agriculture, healthy living, leadership, and STEM. The program is described as the largest youth development program in Texas, reaching more than 550,000 young people each year through these activities.
The mission of the Texas 4-H Youth Development Program states that it empowers more than half a million young people each year through hands-on learning in agriculture, healthy living, leadership, and STEM. With programs in every county, Texas 4-H involves youth in activities that connect them to their communities and emphasize service and responsibility. The leadership team includes Natalee S. Kovar, Assistant Director of Development.
