About

The Texas 4-H Youth Development Program offers hands-on learning in agriculture, healthy living, leadership, and STEM. The program is part of the Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service, whose mission statement is “Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service Helping Texans Thrive.” Texas 4-H is the largest youth development program in Texas, reaching more than 550,000 youth each year through these activities, with programs in every county.

Texas 4-H grows confident leaders who give back to their communities and carry forward the values of service and responsibility. Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service has programs in every county and offers AgriLife Extension-sponsored volunteer programs and opportunities, as well as research-based publications, self-paced courses, and in-person workshops. The leadership team includes Natalee S. Kovar, Assistant Director of Development.
