Education Programs offers birthday party packages that include age appropriate art activities led by an instructor. Each party provides one hour of hands-on art experience with an art activity for one hour, followed by time for birthday celebration in a private party room.
• Ages: 2–12 years old
• Schedule: Birthday party packages last 2 hours total, with approximately 1 hour of hands-on experience and 1 hour of birthday celebration; the museum does not typically host birthday parties during the summer.
• Price: $10 Adults; $8 Military & Seniors (60+); $6 Students; FREE for Members and TAMU-CC Students; FREE for Individuals & Families with SNAP/EBT Card; FREE for children 12 and under; FREE admission on the first Friday of every month courtesy of KLEBERG BANK; FREE admission on the second Saturday of every month courtesy of ART BRIDGES FOUNDATION; FREE admission all day with pop-up market from 5:30–9:00PM on the third Thursday of every month courtesy of AEP; FREE admission on the fourth Sunday of every month courtesy of Reliant.
Birthday parties include tables and chairs, party room rental for a specified time, trash bags and trash receptacles for clean up, an art teacher, art supplies, an activity for one hour, and a gift for the birthday child. Birthday parties also include all-day admission for the host and birthday guests and a choice of age appropriate art activities led by an instructor.
The program is part of a museum that offers private, after-hours access for rentals, intimate settings for events, custom catering by Water Street Restaurants, private gallery access, private tours, and exclusive photo opportunities. The museum participates in Museums for All for families with SNAP benefits and offers free admission days sponsored by KLEBERG BANK, ART BRIDGES FOUNDATION, AEP, and Reliant.
