Grayson County 4-H offers project clubs in Archery, Hunting, Livestock, Poultry, Rabbit, and Shotgun. The program also includes an Embryology Project, where participants hatch fertile eggs during the school year. Grayson County schools that are public, private, or homeschool can take part in the Embryology Project by hatching fertile eggs during the school year.

Grayson County 4-H has community clubs in Sherman, Tioga, Van Alstyne, and Whitesboro. Additional 4-H project clubs across the county focus on Archery, Hunting, Livestock, Poultry, Rabbit, and Shotgun. School-based clubs are active at Quest Academy in Whitewright, Texoma Christian School, and Dillingham and Fairview in Sherman ISD. The leadership team includes Joyce White (County Extension Agent, County Coordinator, Family and Community Health), Chad Cummings (County Extension Agent, Agriculture and Natural Resources), Tamra Mcgaughy (County Extension Agent, 4-H and Youth Development, 4-H Coordinator), Patrice Jackson (Administrative Assistant), and Sara Sprinkle (4-H Program Assistant, Program Assistant).
