Big Thought has been a leader in youth empowerment since its founding in Dallas in 1987. The organization was co-founded by civic leaders Edith O’Donnell and Mitch Jericho. Through community-centered partnerships, experiential learning opportunities, and robust learning systems, Big Thought Youth Programs enhances community capacity to establish high-quality programs that nurture skills vital for academic, economic, and personal achievement.
