Staff at El Paso Gymnastics are required to be USA Gymnastics and CPR 1st Aid Certified, and this includes Safe Sport training. The program offers a free introductory class and teaches in progressions using USA Gymnastics as the template for lesson plans. Families receive up-to-date progress reports through Jackrabbit Class Management Software and can use several payment options, including online, auto draft, a parent portal, or payment at the customer service desk. A session calendar shows scheduled closings, and an events calendar lists all scheduled events. Camps are always available for EPISD closures. The stated mission is that the motivation is the kids, with kids put first in decisions made in the facility, and that if the kids and parents are happy, the program considers that it is doing its job.
