Stolen Shakespeare Guild Youth Workshops and Competitions offers activities that include acting, classical acting, singing, dancing, and a Shakespeare youth monologue competition. Participants take part in voice lessons with vocal exercises, singing songs, and work on stage presence, song interpretation, music theory, pitch, tone, keeping a steady tempo, and emotional interpretation of a song. Workshop sessions include rehearsing songs, learning choreography, and presenting a final showcase performance, and The Bard's Apprentice Workshop culminates in a Youth Shakespeare Festival that includes Sonnets and Soliloquies.

• Ages: 5–18 years old
• Schedule: Kids Musical Theater Workshop 2026 runs June 1–5 from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. with a recital on June 5 at 7:30 p.m.; Junior Musical Theater Workshop 2026 runs June 8–12 from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. with a recital on June 12 at 7:30 p.m.; The Bard's Apprentice Workshop 2026 runs June 15–19, Monday–Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. with a performance on June 19 at 7:00 p.m.; Shakespeare Youth Monologue Competition 2026 monologues are due by May 1, 2026.
• Price: Voice lessons cost $30.00 for 30 minutes or $50 for 60 minutes; Kids Musical Theater Workshop 2026, Junior Musical Theater Workshop 2026, and The Bard's Apprentice Workshop 2026 each cost $250.

The program includes voice lessons for beginning, intermediate, or advanced students that focus on vocal technique, stage presence, and song interpretation. The Junior Musical Theater Workshop is described as a fun and welcoming space for young performers to explore acting, singing, and dancing, with no experience required, and the Kids Musical Theater Workshop includes a final showcase or recital performance. The Shakespeare Youth Monologue Competition is for ages 13–19 and uses video monologue submission, and there are SSG Scholarships and The Diane and Steve Martichuski Scholarships available for ages 13–19, along with the Diamond Hill-Jarvis High School Scholarship (Good Neighbor Project) for two students currently enrolled at Diamond Hill-Jarvis High School, including graduating seniors.

The Stolen Shakespeare Guild leadership team includes Co-Executive and Artistic Directors Lauren Morgan and Jason Morgan, Artistic Associate Nathan Autrey, and Creatives Engineer Jennifer Stewart, with a board chaired by Ashlee Felker, secretary Joseph Strange, treasurer Jamie Lanfranco, and board members Jessica Dahl-Colaw, Tia Cole, Adam Comer, Liv Hopkins, Karen Matheny, and Dan Newbold. Lauren Morgan has a Bachelor of Music degree from TCU, Jason Morgan holds a Master of Arts in Theatre from Texas Woman's University and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theatre from Stephen F. Austin State University, Nathan Autrey holds a B.F.A. in Acting from the University of North Texas and an M.F.A. in Directing from the Actors Studio Drama School at Pace University, and Jennifer Stewart has a Bachelor's degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from UT at Arlington. Lauren Morgan is the recipient of multiple Column Awards and a DFW Theater Critics Forum award, and Nathan Autrey has received the Bayard Friedman Drama Director of the Year award, as well as directing productions recognized by the Dallas Morning News and Broadway World, and is a member of the Stage Directors and Choreographers Union.

Stolen Shakespeare Guild began in 2004 as a master’s thesis project at Texas Woman’s University, incorporated as a non-profit organization in 2006, moved to its current space at the Sanders Theater in 2007, and expanded to a full season of shows in 2008. The organization states that it is dedicated to uniting and enriching the community through the preservation and celebration of classic theater, provides honest and accessible professional productions, values high artistic quality by nurturing local talent and cultivating a loyal audience and support network, believes classic theater is still relevant to modern audiences and strives to present plays in a clear, engaging way, and is committed to financial sustainability and an enriching, educational, and entertaining shared theatrical experience. Stolen Shakespeare Guild assembles accomplished equity and non-equity actors, directors, and other theater artists dedicated to bringing classical theater to Fort Worth, and states a commitment to a culture of inclusion and to an equitable, diverse, and inclusive workplace where individuals can grow professionally and personally.
