Grappling Zone offers Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, including Gi Jiu-Jitsu and No Gi Jiu-Jitsu, along with Kickboxing and traditional martial arts training. The program includes Little Grapplers, Youth Grapplers, Adult Jiu-Jitsu, an After School Martial Arts program, a Summer Camp, and Competition Jiu Jitsu. Classes take place in Grappling Zone state of the art facilities.

Summer Camp programs provide professional supervision from top-quality instructors and keep children engaged with a variety of games, activities, and traditional martial arts training. The Competition Jiu Jitsu program focuses on improving techniques and keeping students motivated, while the Kickboxing program offers a fun, high-energy, dynamic workout that focuses on burning calories and building a lean, toned look. Classes are kept uplifting and fun, with an emphasis on improving confidence and perfecting technique.
