The leadership team includes Professor Daniel Vitti, a 3rd-Degree Black Belt and the only Brazilian 3rd-Degree Black Belt in the area, Professor Michele, Coach Noah, Coach Nika, Coach Bill, and Coach Matt. Professor Daniel holds certifications from the International Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Federation (IBJJF) and the Gracie Barra organization, and his black belt competition results include titles such as 2015 Estate Champion, 2015 National Champion, 2015 World Black Belt Championship champion, 2016 Belo Horizonte open champion, 2016 New York open absolute champion, 2018 Austin Open champion, and 13 silver and bronze medals in IBJJF tournaments between 2016 and 2021. Professor Michele is a Black Belt who began her Jiu-Jitsu journey under Master Charles Gracie. Coach Noah and Coach Bill are purple belts, Coach Nika is a blue belt, and Coach Matt is a founding member of Gracie Barra Fulshear, a brown belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and a law enforcement officer with 23 years of experience who serves as a combatives instructor with his department.
