The day includes Wake Up! at 8:50 am, Rec at 9:35 am, Team Time at 10:35 am and 2:15 pm, Village Rally and Snack City at 11:10 am and 3:00 pm, Skill 1 at 11:25 am, Skill 2 at 3:15 pm, Village Rally at several points during the day, Worship at 1:20 pm, Lunch at 12:35 pm, and Power Surge at 4:25 pm.

WinShape Camps states that every moment of the day is intentionally designed to give campers a camp experience centered on Bible-based teaching about Jesus, with days that include games, conversation, and rest. The program describes its week as combining fun and friendship in an action-packed schedule centered around Jesus, with campers cultivating their skills and talents in a mix of indoor and outdoor moments, physical activity, and creative play. At the end of the week, the program includes a day of activities for the whole family with a Chick-fil-A lunch, referred to as a Chick-fil-A Family Lunch on Friday.

WinShape Camps reports that it has been creating camps for 40 summers and launched its first overnight camp over 40 years ago on the campus of Berry College in Rome, Georgia, with its first overnight camp beginning in 1985. WinShape Camps serves over 30,000 campers each summer and offers overnight camp, family camp, and day camp experiences, with over 75 communities around the country hosting WinShape Camps day camps. WinShape Camps describes its summer staff as top-notch and trained by experts, with over 800 professionally trained Summer Staff representing 100 different colleges and universities from more than 30 states. Each applicant goes through an extensive application process and a 30-minute face-to-face interview, and once hired, all Summer Staff complete a background check and safety training before attending a week of development led by experts. WinShape Camps also notes that it offers an Auto-Pay system that allows families to split payments month by month.

All campers are required to submit a current physical and a current immunization record, uploaded to the camper’s CampDoc Medical Health Profile, and Health Profiles must be submitted by May 1 for a two-step review process. WinShape Camps requires oral medications to be blister packed. The program states that snacks containing any type of nuts will be returned to the camper at the end of the session or week.
