WinShape Camps for Communities – Georgetown Day Camp includes daily activities such as Rec, Team Time, Village Rally, Snack City, Skill 1, Lunch, Worship, Skill 2, and Power Surge. Campers spend the day moving between these scheduled activities in a full day of non-stop fun with a wide variety of skills and age-specific content. The program offers epic adventures at camp during the day while campers sleep at home at night and provides a refreshed experience every year, all centered around Jesus.

• Schedule: One-week session, Monday–Thursday with daily drop-off at 8:15 am and pick-up at 5:00 pm

WinShape Camps for Communities asks families to send lunch from home, while WinShape Camps provides snacks through Snack City and other snack times, and also offers a Chick-fil-A Family Lunch on Friday as a day of fun for the whole family. WinShape Camps are nut-aware and have limited nut exposure as much as possible, with meals and snack times that are nut free, and families are asked not to send food or snacks that contain any type of nuts, including peanuts, peanut products, walnuts, almonds, hazelnuts, cashews, pistachios, or Brazil nuts.
Summer Staff for this camp are top-notch, college-aged students, and each applicant goes through an extensive application process and a 30-minute face-to-face interview. All Summer Staff undergo a background check and safety training before being brought together for a week of intentional development from experts. WinShape Camps launched its first overnight camp in 1985 and has been creating camps for the last 40 summers, offering overnight camp, family camp, and day camp experiences. WinShape Camps’ mission is to glorify God by creating experiences that transform campers and families with the message of Jesus Christ, and WinShape Camps for Communities brings the ultimate day camp right to local neighborhoods.
