The REC of Grapevine Camps

The REC of Grapevine Camps offers all-day camp programs where kids can play basketball in a full-court gym and swim in an indoor aquatic center. Campers also have the chance to swim in The REC Aquatic Center during their camp sessions. The program includes a variety of camp options that are catered to the special interests of children.

• Ages: 7–12 years old
• Schedule: Registration for the Summer of 2026 opens for Grapevine residents at 9:00 am on Sunday, February 1, and for non-residents at 9:00 am on Wednesday, April 1.
• Price: Cancellation Policy – 100% of refund if requested 15+ day(s) before the beginning of the activity; 50% of refund if requested 7–14 day(s) before the beginning of the activity; 0% of refund if requested 0–6 day(s) before the beginning of the activity.

The REC Camp programs are an all-day camp option for elementary school aged children and take place during Grapevine-Colleyville School District’s Summer, Winter and Spring breaks. The camps include over 50 summer camps and a number of holiday camps to choose from. All of the camp programs are designed to create an inclusive and positive experience for every camper, and they maintain a safe, supervised environment for all participants. Each camp program has trained staff members who lead campers in activities and communicate with families throughout their child’s camp program. The mission of The REC of Grapevine Camps is to inspire and empower young minds through fun, engaging and inclusive summer programs at The Rec, while fostering a supportive environment where children can explore their interests, build meaningful relationships, and develop essential life skills while having fun and creating lasting memories.
