Lake Travis Youth Association Sports Programs offers seasonal and year-round activities including Spring Volleyball Clinics, Spring Flag Football, Spring NFL Flag Football, Spring All Girls Flag Football, Spring Baseball Recreational, Spring Baseball, Spring Select Baseball, Spring Soccer, Spring/Summer Track, Spring Basketball, Spring Basketball Clinics, Spring Select Basketball, Spring Lacrosse Girls, Spring Lacrosse Boys Lacrosse, Football DB Academy and Footwork & Skills Camp, Spring Softball, Spring Rec Softball, Spring Riptide Select Softball, Winter Wrestling, Mountain Biking, Winter Football, Winter NFL Flag Football, Winter 7v7 Football, All Girls Winter Flag Football, Winter Futsal, Winter Baseball Camp, and Winter Basketball. The program also runs ongoing offerings such as Baseball, Select Baseball, Basketball, Select Basketball, Cheer and Dance, Lil'Lettes, Soccer, Softball, RIPTIDE Fastpitch, Volleyball, Volleyball TOTS 1–2nd Graders, LTYA Wrestling, Track and Field, Girls Lacrosse, 7v7 Football, Winter 7v7 Football, Flag Football, NFL Flag Football, All Girls Flag Football, Football Camps/Clincis, and Tackle Football. Some program hours run from 9am–2pm.

Lake Travis Youth Association was established in 1978. The mission of Lake Travis Youth Association is to provide the children of the community quality instructional athletic programs that promote a balance of competitiveness, enjoyment, and success in a safe, non-threatening environment, creating a lifelong love of sports. In 2024, Lake Travis Youth Association Sports Programs registered nearly 12,000 athletes across 13 different sports. The program offers every child in Kindergarten through the 6th grade the opportunity to participate regardless of ability, disability, skill level, talent or financial need and serves the Lakeway, Bee Cave, Spicewood and surrounding areas while accepting players from any community regardless of residence. The leadership team includes Executive Director Scott Cronk; President Duncan Clowe; Past President Shiloh Newman; Vice President Melanie Lockhart; Treasurer Ryan Hahn; Secretary Sammy Petrrson; Board Members Tony Gerone, Jamal Alsafar, and Bryan Blute; and sport members Josh Sanders for Baseball, Hunter Northcutt for Basketball, Emily Dunlap and Michelle Powers for Cheer/Lil'Lettes, Rebecca Marks for Softball, Kevin Putegna for Boys Lacrosse, Ashley Lewis for Girls Lacrosse, and Meredith Piccirillo for Volleyball.
