Live Oak Leadership Academy (LOLA)

Live Oak Leadership Academy (LOLA) is connected with Hill Country Educational Leadership and centers its work on engaged learning and leadership skills. The program uses a whole-child approach to education, with students taking part in personalized learning of challenging academics. Instruction focuses on teaching students how to learn and process information for use in real-world problem-solving, with emphasis on communication, creativity, and critical thinking as key 21st-century skills.

Hill Country Educational Leadership states that it is committed to rethinking the design and delivery of the educational experience for students and educators. It describes a focus on developing engaging classrooms and school campuses so educators can open doors for students to reach their full potential while also increasing their own professional capacity and job satisfaction.
