Austin Sunshine Camps

Austin Sunshine Camps offers four sessions of overnight, traditional summer camp. Campers attend multi-day and multi-night camp sessions that follow a set schedule for each age group.

• Ages: 8–15 years old
• Schedule: Four sessions of overnight camp; ages 10–15 attend ten-day, nine-night sessions; age 8 attends seven-day, six-night sessions; age 9 can choose either the ten-day or seven-day option; office hours are Monday–Friday from 9am–5pm
• Price: Four sessions of overnight, traditional summer camp offered free of charge for kids aged 8 to 15 who qualify for free or reduced lunch at school or who are in foster care

Austin Sunshine Camps states, “We believe camp can change a kid's life.” One parent shared, “Austin Sunshine Camps is an investment in our children that will reap countless dividends. You are affecting real change; it really makes a difference.” Every rental of Zilker Lodge supports sending kids to camp, and volunteers are described as the backbone of Austin Sunshine Camps. When visiting during office hours, there is free parking available throughout Zilker Park.
